* We use a third-party service to license theme templates to our customers.  Should you decide to move away from MyWebChef hosting, you will retain ownership. HOWEVER, as the customer, you will not be able to repurpose, resell or distribute this theme template in any way. 

** Because you are getting a WordPress website from MyWebChef, we use plugins to help our clients by purchased licenses for their website which they are free to use as long as the customer is a hosting client of ours.  These plugins include but are not limited to helping the customer edit easier, speed up the website, connect to CRM’s, create forms, etc.

*** Content creation includes up to 7 pages in which we will use third-party resources to help generate content.  However, the client is responsible for giving ample direction for their content by completing all necessary forms to help MyWebChef team create such content.  It will be up to the customer to approve content after it is created.

**** A third-party vendor supplies stock images that are available to customers.  You do not have unlimited usage and download of these third-party images; however MyWebChef will provide images for every place the original theme template has a placement for.
